Pressing Process

Pressing process (press peanut for sample)

• Top shreeja cold press oil machine
• Turn on the heating switch and look ahead to over 10 minutes and extend the waiting time appropriately during the cold seasons (never turn it off in pressing oil process) 
• Directly put dry ingredients. 
• Press the “Squeezing” switch and begin pressing the oil. 
• After pressing ends. hold (don’t loosen) “Cleanup” switch for quite 20 seconds, and it'll be easier to get rid of the screw than clean; if you don’t press the cleanup switch when pressing chamber becomes cold, the inside residual slag harden and pressing rod is going to be blocked within the pressing chamber and can't be taken out for cleaning. 
• In case of an influence outage during the method, please shut down the beginning switch and unplug the ability plug at the identical time; still, press after turning on the heating switch for quite 10 minutes when power is connected. 
• Clean; remove the pressing chamber and clean it with edible detergent and water. 
• Pull out the ability plug and store the machine in an exceedingly dry place.
• The pressed oil will automatically separate after storing for an evening under temperature 15 degrees above and doesn't have to filter. In the process, sometimes materials form an aerial state within the feeding port because raw materials are damp, or the surface isn't smooth, you'll gently touch the raw materials. 
• Notice: Never put fingers or hard objects like an ingot into the doorway to the chamber to stir raw materials.

How to store the oil

• First of all, after extraction oil was put above 15c temperature for 1 night.
• After your time Oil and thick liquid are going to be separated automatically, so no must filter oil. For better separate effects keep oil for a protracted time. 
• After that store oil in a very separate bottle and keep it in a room or fridge.
• If you are doing not storing oil correctly some kind of oil starts developing unpleasant flavors. 
• To keep the oil fresh for a protracted time store it in lightproof airtight containers at a cool place.
