Term of Payment for Online Order Through Website

The consumer while placing an online order through the official website https://www.shreejahealthcare.com/, shall make the payment under the “TOPAY” system at the time of delivery of the product. The cost of such delivery shall be solely barred by the Consumer himself. The Consumer shall get the Delivery of the product only after full payment of the same. The MRP of the product is including of GST

Obligations of Consumer

The Customer is obligated towards the Full Payment of the product at the time of purchase of such product.

• The Consumer shall within 2 weeks of purchase of such Convey the Seller in case of any Technical or manual error in the product.
• The Consumer shall not claim for any additional advantage or discount on the product except as specifically described by the seller.
• The Final MRP of the product shall be at the Sole Discretion of the main Company M/S Shreeja Health Care products and therefore the customer shall pay accordingly.
• The customer shall be liable for any discount or cashback offers or any other offers only as per the specified terms and conditions of the offer.
• The customer is applicable to the set forth warranty and guarantees on the product as specified by the website or user manual of the company and as more specifically stated in the below clause.
• The customer shall not hold the company liable in case of any physical harm to the product in the process of delivery of product. 
• The customer shall not hold the company liable for any additional cost of repair or technical problem after the due specified date of such problem.
• M/S Shreeja Health Care products do not provide any complimentary services like installation services, Demonstration services, and Home services.
• In case the customer required the above-mentioned services or any other services, the customer can avail of the same at such additional cost decided by M/S Shreeja Health Care Products.
• In case of receipt of a damaged or defective product, customers have to report the same within 48 hours to M/S Shreeja Health Care products.

Warranty and Guarantee

The Company hereby warrants giving part cover warranty on the products as more specifically mentioned on the website and manual may differ per product. The Company does not give any absolute guarantee on the given machines and products sold by them to their customers.

Intellectual Property

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of SHREEJA HEALTH CARE PRODUCTS, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property.
